摘 要：
产业结构低下制约了我国苹果产业竞争力的提升,而分工与专业化的增进是现代生产方式变革与产业升级的主要特征。从供给和需求2个方面论证了我国苹果产业需要深化分工,在交易费用理论框架下探讨我国苹果产业专业化水平低下的原因认为,市场规模的狭小限制了分工和专业化的增进,而过多的交易费用制约着市场规模的扩大,从而产业无法利用专业化的好处。最后,从保护资产专用性、增加交易次数和对不完全契约的治理几方面,提出降低交易费用、促进苹果产业分工和专业化的对策和建议。

摘 要：
The low industrial structure has restricted competitiveness enhancement of China's apple industry,and improvement in division of labor and specialization is a main feature in reform of modern production and industry upgrading.We demonstrated that China's apple industry should deepen the division of labor from the two aspects of supply and demand,and analyzed the reasons of the low industrial structure of China's apple industry in the framework of transaction cost theory.We hold that small size market limit the promotion of division and specialization,and too high transaction costs constrain the expansion of market.So the industry failed to enjoy the benefits of specialization.At the end from the aspects of protecting asset specificity,we put forward measures and suggestions to reduce transaction costs and promote division and specialization,to increase the number of transaction,and to bring the incomplete contract under control.
