摘 要：
Division and specialization are the source of economic growth. With the gradual progress of divison, the growth of roller chain for production, the quantity of intermediate goods and final products to increase notably, thus per person’s true income level is improved. So, in order to improve farmers’ income in the rural area, should redesign and innovate the system, and reduce various transaction costs to promote the benign development of the specialized economy in rural area exactly in embryonic state in China and solve fundamentally the“ three agricultural ”problem of our country finally.
