镉对杂交小麦矿质元素吸收、分布及叶绿素荧光参数的影响

摘  要:
为探讨镉(Cd)对杂交小麦必需矿质营养元素吸收及光合作用的影响,利用Hoagland营养液添加和不添加CdCl2·2.5H2O的培养方法,对BNS型小麦杂交F1及其父本矮05、母本BNS366中的Ca、K、Mg和Fe元素含量以及叶绿素荧光参数进行了分析。结果表明,Cd处理下,小麦茎秆的Cd含量依次为F1>矮05>BNS366,叶片和颖壳中Cd含量依次为矮05>F1>BNS366。与对照(不添加Cd)相比,Cd处理的矮05叶片与BNS366颖壳中Ca、K、Fe和Mg的相对含量均降低,除F1与矮05中Mg的相对含量变化模式相同外,F1与亲本其他被测元素的相对含量变化模式不同。对照条件下,叶绿素电子传递速率依次为F1>BNS366>矮05,F1的光化学猝灭系数显著高于矮05和BNS366;Cd处理条件下,三者间叶绿素荧光参数差异均不显著。

摘  要:
Hybrid wheat and its parents Ai 05(male)and BNS366(female),which were cultivated in Hoagland's nutrient solution added with CdCl_2·2.5H_2O,were used to determine the concentration and distribution of Ca,K,Mg,Fe and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.The results showed that the content of cadmium in the stalks ranked as F1>Ai 05>BNS366,and that in the leaves and the glumes ranked as Ai 05>F1>BNS366 with Cd treatment.The content of Ca,K,Mg and Fe in the stalks,leaves,glumes and grains are significantly affected when the wheat were cultivated in the nutrient solution treated with CdCl_2·2.5H_2O.The relative content of the mineral elements were reduced both in the leaves of Ai 05 and the glumes of BNS366 and the hybrid wheat has different responding manner with its parents except the relative content of Mg in F1 and Ai 05 under Cd treatment.The ETR of the three wheat ranked as F1>BNS366>Ai 05,and the qP of the F1 was higher than that of Ai 05 and BNS366in control,while the ETR and the qP of the F1 and its parents were at the same level under CdCl_2·2.5H_2O treatment.The results will be helpful in understanding the hazard of the heavy mental on mineral elements absorbing and photosynthesis.
