航天搭载对小桐子生长、光合特性和产量的影响

摘  要:
[目的]利用航天诱变技术开展小桐子的育种工作,以期为选育出产量高、种子出油率高、适应性强的新品种提供丰富的育种材料。[方法]以云南西双版纳和元阳2个种源地的小桐子种子为试材,利用航天搭载手段进行诱变处理,研究了航天搭载对当代植株的生长、光合特性、种子产量及含油率的影响,并对小桐子产量与生长和光合因子之间的相关性进行分析。[结果]航天搭载诱变明显促进了植株的生长,提高了植株的光合能力、种子产量。小桐子产量与株高、地径等因子有0.05水平显著的相关性。[结论]利用航天搭载进行小桐子种质创新是可行的。

摘  要:
[Objective]In order to create new germ plasm,space technology was used on Jatropha curcas L.[Method] The seeds of 2 provenances of Jatropha curcas L.were carried by spaceship,and the growing development,photosynthetic characteristics and the seeds yield of single plant were analyzed.Correlations between the yield and the growth parameters and photosynthetic characteristics were researched.[Result] The growth of 2 provenances was promoted after boarding on the spaceship.Photosynthetic capacity and yield of Jatropha curcas L.was also improved after boarding on spaceship.The yield of Jatropha curcas L.was closely related with the height,ground diameter,width,number of branch and maximum rate of net photosynthesis.[Conclusion] It was possible to create new germ plasm using space technology.
