榆黄菇发酵菌丝体及胞外多糖的影响因子研究

摘  要:
研究了NAA、2,4-DI、BA和L-Glu 4种生长因子在深层发酵中对榆黄菇菌丝体得率及胞外多糖产量的影响。结果表明,这4种因子都能使榆黄菇菌丝体得率及胞外多糖产量有不同程度的提高,并初步确定各种生长因子的最佳作用浓度。

摘  要:
This experiment studied the effects of NAA,2,4-D,IBA and L-Glu on Pleurotus Citrinopileatus mycelia yield and exopolysaccharide content.The results showed the factors could enhance the mycelia yield and the exopolysaccharide content in different degrees.And the optimum concentrations of every kind of factors were ascertained.
