灵芝南GL11菌丝的生物学特性

摘  要:
为了解灵芝南GL11菌丝的生物学特性,以菌落直径和菌丝体干重作为主要考察指标,结合菌落长势、菌丝球大小和均匀性等因素,采用固体和液体培养方法对菌丝生长曲线以及不同碳氮营养、p H和温度等条件下研究灵芝南GL11菌丝(体)的生长情况。结果表明:培养72~96 h为对数生长期,可溶性淀粉、蛋白胨可为母种培养基的优质碳氮源,初始p H 6.0和30℃为最佳条件;而在液体培养基中菌丝对于麦芽糖和蛋白胨的利用效果最好,并且当接种量为4%(v/v),在初始p H 8.0和26℃条件下有利于液体种的制备。

摘  要:
The growth situation of GL11 Ganoderma amboinense strain was determined by surveying the colony diameter,mycelium dry weight,colony growth vigor,mycelium pellet size and mycelium pellet evenness under different carbon source,nitrogen sources,p H and temperature based on solid and liquid culture patterns to discuss mycelium biological characteristics of GL11 Ganoderma amboinense strain.Results: The mycelium growth rate is the highest from 72 h to 96 h after culture. The soluble starch and peptone are used as the optimum carbon source and nitrogen source in the medium for culture of mother strain under initial p H 6. 0 at 30 ℃. The optimum carbon source,nitrogen source,inoculum size,initial p H and temperature are maltose,peptone,4 %( v/v),8. 0 and 26 ℃ under the liquid culture pattern respectively.
