摘 要：
[Objective] The aim was to determine the content of matrine in compound "Keqingjia" cream and establish quality standard method.[Method] The content of matrine by single wavelength scanning method was determined.[Result] The study showed that the linear range of matrine was 1-9 μg(R=0.995 2);The content of matrine in the cream was 0.02%.[Conclusion] The method of detection was accuracy,strong specificity and stability.It was suitable for the quality control of compound "Keqingjia" cream.
