摘 要：
为优化复方"克清甲"软膏剂的处方,制得稳定的水包油(O/W)型软膏剂,以软膏的稳定性为指标,对处方的亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值、混合乳化剂及油相用量进行筛选。优选后的制剂处方HLB值为10.5,吐温80、单硬脂酸甘油酯的用量分别为6%、4%,白凡士林、十八醇的用量分别为8%、7%。该处方条件下制得的复方"克清甲"软膏剂具有良好的稳定性。

摘 要：
To gain a safe oil in wate(rO/W) cream,the compound prescription"Keqingjia"cream was optimized,according to the index of stability of cream,screening the value of hydrophile-lipophile balance(HLB),the dosage of mixed emulsifiers and oil phase. The optimized prescription was shown as follows:the value of HLB was 10.5,the dosage of Tween 80 was 6%,the dosage of mono-stearin was 4% , the dosage of white Vaseline was 8% , and the dosage of octadecyl alcohol was 7% . The compound"Keqingjia"cream made of optimized prescription had good stability.
