摘 要:
采用自动定氮仪法测定食用菌中的蛋白质,并与国标法比较,对方法的准确性和实用性进行论证,经统计学统计,P>0.05,两者无显著性差异,说明自动定氮仪的精密度和准确性完全适用于测定食用菌的蛋白质。

摘 要:
Determination of protein content in edible fungi by full-automatic azotometer has been researched.And both error is also unremarkable(P>0.05),compared the analysis data of protein content in edible fungi by the full-automatic azotometer with those by National Standard testing method.So,a simple,fastand accurate analysis method is confirmed for determination of protein contents in edible fungi in batch samples of edible fungi by the full-automatic azotometer.
