笃斯越橘果实中黄酮类化合物的分离鉴定

摘  要:
采用柱色谱技术对笃斯越橘(Vaccinium uliginosumL.)果实中黄酮类化合物进行分离、提纯。分离提纯出3种黄酮类化合物,并通过1H-NMR1、3C-NMR等表征了结构。结果表明:这3种化合物分别为二甲花翠素-3-O-葡糖苷(Ⅰ),矢车菊-3-O-半乳糖苷(Ⅱ),杨梅黄素(Ⅲ),均为首次从该果实中分离得到。

摘  要:
The flavonoids in the fruit of Vaccinium uliginosum blueberry were separated and purified by column chromatographic techniques.The structures of the three compounds were identified by ~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR spectroscopic.They were malvinin-3-O-glucoside(Ⅰ),cyanidine-3-O-galactoside(Ⅱ) and myricetin(Ⅲ),respectively.The three compounds were isolated from this fruit for the first time.
