摘 要:
为研究猴樟和香樟幼苗的耐盐碱能力,以一年生猴樟和香樟幼苗为材料,采用0、50mmoL/L、100mmoL/L、300mmoL/L的Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3(物质的量比为1︰1)混合溶液进行处理,测定幼苗叶片的SPAD值、MDA含量、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量。结果表明:在50mmoL/L盐碱胁迫处理条件下,香樟幼苗叶片SPAD值和MDA含量均高于对照,但与对照差异不显著,SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量显著高于对照(P<0.05);在100mmoL/L盐碱胁迫处理条件下,猴樟幼苗叶片SPAD值和MDA含量均高于对照,但与对照差异不显著,SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量显著高于对照(P<0.05);在300mmoL/L盐碱胁迫处理条件下,猴樟和香樟幼苗叶片的SPAD值、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),其MDA值显著提高(P<0.05);随着盐碱胁迫程度的增加,猴樟和香樟的耐盐碱性综合评价值D均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,猴樟幼苗的综合评价值D在100mmoL/L盐碱胁迫处理条件下达最大值,而香樟的在50mmoL/L盐碱胁迫处理条件下达最大值;在同一盐碱胁迫处理条件下,猴樟的综合评价值D均高于香樟。实验结果表明,猴樟和香樟幼苗均能耐低浓度盐碱胁迫,猴樟幼苗的耐盐碱能力优于香樟。

摘 要:
In order to study the saline-tolerant capability of Cinnamomun bodinieri and Cinnamomum camphora seedlings,the one-year raw Cinnamomun bodinieri and Cinnamomum camphora seedlings were used as materials,treated with 0 mmoL/L,50 mmoL/L,100 mmoL/L,300 mmoL/L Na_2CO_3 and NaHCO_3(volume ratio of substances Na_2CO_3:NaHCO_3 = 1︰1)mixed solution,and the SPAD value,MDA content,SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity,proline content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content of seedlings were measured.The results showed that the SPAD value and MDA content of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings were higher than that of the control under 50 mmoL/L salt and alkali stress,but no significantly difference be found from the control,and the SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity,proline content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content were significantly increased(P<0.05);The SPAD value and MDA content of Cinnamomun bodinieri seedlings were higher than that of the control under 100 mmol/L salt and alkali stress,but no significantly difference be found from the control,and the SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity,proline content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content were significantly increased(P<0.05);The SPAD value,SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity,proline content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content of Cinnamomun bodinieri and Cinnamomum camphora seedlings were reduced significantly under 300 mmoL/L salt and alkali stress treatment(P<0.05),and by which the MDA value increased significantly(P<0.05);With the increase of salt and alkali stress degree,the salt-tolerant alkaline comprehensive evaluation value D of Cinnamomun bodinieri and Cinnamomum camphora seedlings showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The comprehensive evaluation value D of Cinnamomun bodinieri seedlings was issued in the 50 mmoL/L saline-alkali treatment conditions.And that of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings was issued in the 100 mmoL/L saline-alkali treatment conditions; Under the same saline-alkali treatment conditions,the overall evaluation value D of Cinnamomun bodinieri was higher than that of Cinnamomum camphora.In general,the Cinnamomun bodinieri and Cinnamomum camphora seedlings have the ability to withstand low-concentration saline stress,and the saline-alkali resistance of the Cinnamomun bodinieri seedling is better than that of Cinnamomum camphora seedling.
