废锂离子电池中钴的回收研究

摘 要:
采用焙烧-酸浸-化学沉淀的工艺流程,进行了回收废锂离子电池中钴的实验。实验结果表明:500℃下处理正极材料,LiCoO_2粉末结构完整,碳等杂质少;H_2SO_4+H_2O_2体系、C_6H_8O_7+H_2O_2体系、H_2C_2O_4体系对钴的浸出率分别达到97%、95%和98%以上;当温度为50℃,pH值为5~6,草酸铵用量与Co~(2+)比值为1.10时,钴的沉淀率为99.7%,钴的直收率达到97.7%。从经济、节能、效率的角度考虑,提出了用草酸一步回收废锂离子电池正极材料中钴的建议。

摘 要:
In this paper,the roasting-acid leaching-chemical precipitation process was used for recycling the cobalt in the waste lithium-ion battery.The result showed that the LiCoO_2 powder has integrated structure and less carbon under the treatment of 500℃;Cobalt recovery rate was more than 97%,95%,98% respectively under the H_2SO_4+H_2O_2system,C_6H_8O_7+H_2O_2system and H_2C_2O_4system;cobalt deposition rate was 99.7%and the cobalt recovery efficiency reached 97.7%in the condition of 50 ℃ when pH value is 5~6,C_2O_4~(2-),the ratio of ammonium oxalate and Co~(2+)is 1.10.Considering the economic,energy saving,efficiency,it is recommended to use oxalic acid one-step recovery the cobalt in waste lithium-ion battery.
