废锂离子电池中钻的回收研究

摘 要:
采用焙烧-酸浸-化学沉淀的工艺流程,进行了回收废锂离子电池中钴的实验.实验结果表明:500℃下处理正极材料,LiCoO2粉末结构完整,碳等杂质少;H2SO4+H2O2体系、C6H8O7+H2O2体系、H2C2O4体系对钴的浸出率分别达到97%、95%和98%以上;当温度为50℃,pH值为5~6,草酸铵用量与Co^2+比值为1.10时,钴的沉淀率为99.7%,钴的直收率达到97.7%.从经济、节能、效率的角度考虑,提出了用草酸一步回收废锂离子电池正极材料中钴的建议.

摘 要:
In this paper, the roasting-acid leaching-chemical precipitation process was used for recycling the cobalt in the waste lithium-ion battery. The result showed that the LiCoO2 powder has integrated structure and less carbon un- der the treatment of 500℃ ; Cobalt recovery rate was more than 97%, 95%, 98% respectively under the H2SO4+ H2 02 system, C6 H8O7+ H2 O2 system and H2 C2 04 system; cobalt deposition rate was 99.7 % and the cobalt recovery efficiency reached 97.7% in the condition of 50℃ when pH value is 5-6, C2O4^2- , the ratio of ammonium oxalate and Co^2+ is 1.10. Considering the economic, energy saving, efficiency, it is recommended to use oxalic acid one-step recovery the cobalt in waste lithium-ion battery.
