摘 要：
以湖北省长阳土家族自治县2010年选出的10个核桃(Juglans regia)优株坚果为试材,测定其主要经济性状,结果表明:10个核桃优株的坚果近圆形,单果重5.59～18.08g,横径25～37mm、纵径28～37mm、缝径24～32mm,仁重2.56～7.91g,出仁率38.53%～57.83%,空壳果率<1%,破损果率<0.1%,黑斑果率0～0.6%,粗脂肪60.2～75.12g/100g,粗蛋白13.57～25.94g/100g,总糖4.13～9.41g/100g,含水率4.44%～5.32%。其中,CY1008的外观品质和主要经济性状均高于国家特级标准,商品性状好,建议规模繁殖种苗,就地建立核桃产业基地。

摘 要：
The main economic characters of nuts,collected from 10 excellent walnut individuals in Changyang Autonomy County,Hubei Province in 2010,were analyzed with standard methods.The results showed that these nuts were nearly spherical;their single fruit weight was 5.59~18.08g;the transverse diameter was 25~37mm;longitudinal diameter was 28~37mm;Joint diameter was 24~32mm;kernel weights 2.56~7.91g;kernel percentage 38.53%~57.83%;shell fruit rate <1%;damaged fruit rate <0.1%;shading fruit rate 0~0.6%;their crude fat,crude protein,total sugar and water content were 60.2~75.12g/100g,13.57~25.94g/100g and 4.13~9.41g/100g and 4.44%~5.32% respectively.According to the National Standard of Walnut Nuts Quality Classification(GB/T20398-2006),the single nut weight of excellent individuals CY1001,CY1002,CY1003,CY1004,CY1008 and CY1010 reached the national special class standard,the kernel percent of excellent individual chd08 came up to the national special class standard;the content of crude fat and the crude protein content of superior plants such as CY1001,CY1002,CY1003,CY1004,CY1005,CY1007,CY1008 and CY1009 all reached national special class standard.As one of those excellent individual walnut plants,nuts exterior characteristics and main economic characters of CY1008,are higher than the national special class standard.In conclusion,the Changyang walnut was one of the most excellent walnut individual for its rich nutrition and good economic characters.It can be used to build up high quality walnut gardens to improve agricultural economic benefits.
