崇左市土地利用结构动态变化研究

摘  要：
以广西崇左市为例,对其土地利用变化特征、过程和区域差异进行了研究,并在此基础上对土地利用结构的变化趋势进行了预测。结果表明:2000年前后崇左土地利用变化存在差异,在国家政策的指导和控制下,近年来耕地数量在减少,林地数量增加,交通用地迅速增加;土地利用过程变化主要表现为未利用地向农用地转化和农业用地内部调整;预测建设用地比例2010和2015年将分别达到3.13%、3.69%。为促进区域土地可持续利用管理,协调土地利用与生态经济的关系,应科学规划、控制建设用地规模;合理调整农业内部土地利用结构;开发未利用地,发展生态用地;进行退耕还林还草工程,加强土地环境的整治和保护。

摘  要：
The characteristics,process and regional differentiation of land use change in Chongzuo city of Guangxi province were studied based on the prediction of change trend of land use structure.The results showed that the land use change was different before and after 2000.In recent years the arable land was decreasing but forestry land and the land for road construction were sharply increasing under the control of national policy.The main change process was that the unused land was transformed into agricultural land and the inner adjustment of agricultural land.Base on the prediction with the gray systemic model,the ratio of construction land will be 3.13% and 3.69% in 2010 and 2015, separately.At last some advices were given to promote the sustainable land use and harmonize the relation between land use and the ecologic and economic development,including the scientific land use and the scale of construction land,rational adjustment of agricultural land,the ecological land,the arable land into forest and grass land,and the control and protection of land use environment.
