植物生长调节剂对天师栗生根的影响

摘  要:
[目的]探讨天师栗的扦插繁殖情况。[方法]以天师栗根和茎为试材,分别用200mg/kgABT1号生根粉、双吉尔(ABT6号生根粉)、IBA、NAA和KMnO4迅速处理天师栗硬枝。待扦插硬枝产生愈伤组织后,用双吉尔促进其产生新根。用ABT1号生根粉和双吉尔处理天师栗硬枝和根,比较硬枝和根扦插繁殖的存活率。[结果]双吉尔对生根的促进效果最好,平均生根率为54.0%;其次为ABT1号,平均生根率为32.0%;最差的是IBA,平均生根率为10.0%。以根为插穗的生根率最高,平均超过50.0%;老茎的生根率高于嫩茎。双吉尔对根和老茎愈伤组织生根的促进效果比ABT1号生根粉好,平均高出17.5%。[结论]在天师栗扦插育苗过程中,ABT1号生根粉和双吉尔是较好的促根剂。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the situation of cutting propagation of Aesculus wilsonii Rehd.[Method] With root and stem of A.wilsonii as tested materials,its hardwood branches were treated rapidly with 200 mg/kg ABT 1 rooting powder,Shuangjier(ABT 6 rooting powder),IBA,NAA and KMnO4 resp.After the hardwood branches produced calli,Shuangjier was used to promote them to produce new roots.The hardwood branches and roots of A.wilsonii were treated with ABT 1 rooting powder and Shuangjier,their survival rates in cutting propagation were compared.[Result] The promoting effect of Shuangjier on rooting was best,with average rooting rate of 54.0%.The secondary was ABT 1 rooting powder,with average rooting rate of 32.0%.The worst was IBA,with average rooting rate of 10.0%.The rooting rate of taking roots as cuttings was highest,with average rooting rate over 50%.The rooting rate of old stems was higher than that of tender stems.The promoting effect of Shuangjier on the calli of roots and old stems was better than that of ABT 1 rooting powder,their average difference was 17.5%.[Conclusion] In the seedling-raising process by cutting of A.wilsonii,ABT 1 rooting powder and Shuangjier were better root growth promoting agents.
