随着分子克隆、定量分析等分子技术的日益成熟,越来越多的基因的功能被人们发现、了解与深入研究。该文综述了近年来发现的番茄中花器官发育相关转录因子的研究进展,为进一步阐明番茄花器官发育的分子机制以及相关转录调控网络的作用机理奠定基础。

摘  要:
With the development of molecular cloning,quantitative analysis and other molecular techniques,moreand more genes are discovered,understood and studied. This paper reviews the recent advances in the developmentof transcription factors involved in floral organ development in tomato,to lay the foundation for further elucidatingthe molecular mechanism of floral organ development and transcriptional regulatory networks.
