水稻品种对黑龙江省部分稻瘟病病菌抗病性分析

摘  要:
以黑龙江省八五六农场2011年、2012年的稻瘟病病菌为选择压力,对6个水稻品种和24个抗瘟基因的抗病性进行了分析。结果显示,龙粳31的两年抗谱分别为53.51%和62.73%,中龙香粳1号的两年抗谱为58.77%和48.18%,抗病性较好;Pi-zt的两年抗谱分别为41.67%和23.08%。25个强致病力稻瘟病病菌的遗传聚类结果显示,共分为9个类群。其中,类群1为优势菌群,同时也是致病力最强的菌群。

摘  要:
The resistance of Piricularia oryzae to six rice varieties and 24 R-genes from 856 farm fields in 2011 and 2012 were analyzed. The results showed that resistance rates of Longjing31 was 53.51% and 62.73%, resistance rates of Zhonglongxiangjing1 was 58.77% and 48.18%, and resistance rates of Pi-ztwas 41.67% and 23.08%. The results of genetic category of P. oryzae revealed that 25 high-infection P. oryzae were assorted 9 clusters, and cluster1 of P. oryzae had maximum number and infection.
