湖南平江县水稻根结线虫病发生调查及病原种类分子鉴定

摘  要:
本研究对湖南平江地区23个乡(镇)的水稻根结线虫病进行了取样调查。结果表明,从安定镇上黄村、龙门镇居委会、福寿山镇洞下村、三市镇宦田村和加义镇小岩村等5个采样点发现了水稻根结线虫的为害。通过对根结线虫rDNA-ITS进行扩增、测序和比对,其序列和Genbank中的拟禾本科根结线虫的相似性为99.9%,采用特异性引物扩增确定其结果。据此,在湖南平江地区首次发现水稻根结线虫,并鉴定为拟禾本科根结线虫。

摘  要:
In this study, a survey of rice root knot nematode was carried out in rice fields in Pingjiang county of Hunan province. A total of 23 samples with roots and soils were collected. Root-knot was found on rice root from sampling areas,including Shanghuang village, Longmen town, Dongxia village, Huantian village and Xiaoyan village. The rDNA-ITS of root-knot nematode was amplified from above 5 samples and the blast results showed that the ITS regions from those populations matched with 99.9% identity to Meloidogyne graminicola sequences available from GenBank. And the results were also demonstrated by species specific primers of M. graminicola. Accordingly, this was the first record of root knot nematode M. graminicola on rice in Pingjiang county of Hunan province.
