水稻根结线虫病的病原鉴定及同源性分析

摘  要:
水稻根结线虫病是水稻生产过程中重要病害之一。本研究通过形态学与分子生物学技术对采集的10个水稻根结线虫种群进行鉴定,结果表明,10个水稻根结线虫种群均为拟禾本科根结线虫(Meloidogyne graminicola)。本研究中对1MSY和10MDZ种群进行同源性分析,结果显示,1MSY和10MDZ根结线虫种群与相同种或属内相近种的同源性较高,而与不同属的不同种之间的同源性相对要低。水稻根结线虫病病原与亲缘关系的明确为开展水稻抗病育种和该病防治提供了科学依据。

摘  要:
Rice root-knot nematode disease is one of the most important diseases in rice production. In this study, 10 rice root-knot nematode populations were identified by morphological and molecular biological techniques. The results showed that the 10 root-knot nematode populations were all Meloidogyne graminicola. And homology analysis was carried out on the 1 MSY and 10 MDZ populations. The results showed that the populations of the root-knot nematodes of 1 MSY and 10 MDZ were homologous to the similar species in the same species or genus, and homologous to the different species in different genera, revealing the low relativity. The pathogen of rice root-knot nematode could provide scientific guidance for the disease control and rice resistant breeding.
