稻谷在锦江黄牛瘤胃降解率测定

摘  要：
试验旨在研究稻谷在锦江黄牛瘤胃中的降解规律,为肉牛饲料配制提供依据。研究选用3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康成年锦江黄牛测定稻谷干物质、有机物质、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的降解率。结果表明:稻谷干物质、有机物质、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量分别为87.71%、83.87%、7.16%、31.51%、26.90%,其在锦江黄牛瘤胃中有效降解率率分别为:75.34%、79.72%、39.49%、39.55%、48.58%,说明稻谷在瘤胃中能很好地被消化,具有较高的饲用价值。

摘  要：
This experiment was conducted to study rumen degradability of rice, 3 healthy adult Jinjangyellow cattles, with permanent rumen fistula, were used to determine rumen degradability of rice. Theresults showed that: content of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, neutral detergent fiber and ac-id detergent fiber of rice were respectively 87.71%, 83.87%, 7.16%, 31.51%, 26.90%; rumen effectivedegradability of them were respectively 75.34%, 79.72%, 39.49%, 39.55%, 48.58%.The result is indi-cated that rice had high feeding value for Jinjiang yellow cattle.
