共轭亚油酸抗缺氧效果及其机制的探讨

摘  要:
为了探讨共轭亚油酸的抗缺氧效果,分别以浓度为1.5%、0.5%、0.1%和0%(对照)的共轭亚油酸给小鼠灌胃,连续10d,在常压缺氧条件下测定小鼠存活时间,并测定小鼠心肌和骨胳肌肌红蛋白含量,结果显示,在浓度为0.5%时,CLA能显著提高小鼠在缺氧条件下的生存时间,并显著提高小鼠心肌和骨胳肌肌红蛋白含量。

摘  要:
To investigate the anti -hypoxia eff ects and mechanism of conjugated lin oleic acid,the mice were divided into four groups and adm inistratedorallywith1.5%,0.5%,0.1%,0%CLA respectively for successive ten days.The survival time of mice under the hypoxia conditio n as well as the contents of myoglobin in heart muscle and skeleton muscle was determined.The results showed that 0.5%CLA prolonged the survival time,and increased the contents of myoglobin in h eart muscle and skeleton muscle of the mice markedly.
