几种药剂对葡萄白粉病的防治效果

摘  要:
【目的】葡萄白粉病(Uncinula necator)是造成新疆葡萄减产的重要病害之一,杀菌剂的应用是控制该病的主要方法,确定几种杀菌剂对葡萄白粉病的防治效果。【方法】通过室内药剂筛选、田间保护与治疗试验等方法,了解各供试杀菌剂之间对白粉病防治效果的异同,并采用Duncan新复极差法对不同处理的防效进行差异显著性分析,从而选出防效较好的药剂。【结果】2.00 g/L石硫合剂结晶、0.50 g/L冠信WP0、.15 g/L三唑酮WP能明显抑制分生孢子的萌发,对孢子萌发的抑制率分别为96.57%、93.71%和85.71%。无论是田间预防还是治疗效果0.15 g/L三唑酮WP、2.00 g/L石硫合剂结晶和0.06 g/L敌力康WP均显著高于其它供试药剂;田间预防和治疗效果分别为88.85%和70.17%、87.88%和77.05%、82.86%和78.62%,0.50 g/L冠信WP和0.11 g/L好力克SC的防治效果也较好。【结论】在葡萄白粉病发病前或发病初期可优先选用上述防效较好的药剂进行防治。

摘  要:
【Objective】 Grape powdery mildew(GPM),incited by Uncinula necator,is a major disease and causes yield reductions to grape growing in Xinjiang.Use of fungicides is the primary method of controlling GPM.The objective of this research was to evaluate the efficacy of several fungicides for control of GPM.【Method】In vivo laboratory assay methods used to determine the sensitivity of conidia germination to fungicides,and field protection and treating trials were conducted to evaluate the effect of foliar fungicides on GPM.【Result】The results of laboratory experiments showed that 2.00 g/L Lime-Sulfur crystal,0.50 g/L Myclobutanil WP,0.15 g/L Triadimefon WP were the most effective in inhibiting conidia germination of Uncinula necator,and their inhibition can reach 96.57%,93.71% and 85.71%,respectively.Any of the fungicide treatment by using 0.15 g/L Triadimefon WP,2.00 g/L Lime-Sulfur crystal,0.06 g/L Diniconazole WP and 0.11g/L Tebuconazole is remarkably better than other reagents in prevention or field treatment.The prevention and treatment efficiency can reach 88.85%/70.17%,87.88%/77.05%,82.86%/78.62% respectively.The preventive functions of 0.50 g/L Myclobutanil WP and 0.11 g/L Tebuconazole SC are quite satisfactory.【Conclusion】Thereby,the above-mentioned fungicides can be used effectively in controlling grape powdery mildew before and during the disease.
