波纹唇鱼消化道黏液细胞的类型与分布

摘要：

采用阿立新蓝过碘酸雪夫试剂染色法,研究了波纹唇鱼消化道黏液细胞的类型和分布规律。波纹唇鱼黏液细胞在消化道各部位均有分布,不同部位黏液细胞密度和类型均有差异。在靠近消化腔的部位分布Ⅱ型黏液细胞;在黏膜层基部多分布Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型黏液细胞。口咽腔、舌和食道部位主要分布Ⅱ型和Ⅳ型黏液细胞;小肠和直肠黏膜层顶部主要分布Ⅱ型和Ⅳ型黏液细胞,基部主要为Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型黏液细胞。

摘要：

The types and distribution of mucous cells in the alimentary canal of Cheilinus undulates Rppell were studied using the AB-PAS (Alcian blue and periodic acid Schiff's reagent) staining method. The mucous cells are distributed in every part of the alimentary canal of Cheilinus undulates Rppell,however,the cell densities and cell types vary at different locations. Type Ⅱ mucous cells are mainly located near the gastrovascular cavity,while type Ⅲ and type Ⅳ mucous cells are mainly found in the bottom of the mucous layer. Buccopharyngeal cavity,tongue and esophagus mainly posesse type Ⅱ and type Ⅳ mucous cells. The top of protuberances in small intestine and recta is characterized by type Ⅱ and type Ⅳ mucous cells,and the bottom is characterized by type Ⅲ and type Ⅳ mucous cells.
