贵妃枇杷花茶成分分析及安全性初步评估

摘  要：
本试验以贵妃枇杷花茶为材料,测试了其中灰分、粗纤维等成分及铅、砷、汞等重金属含量,探讨试验小鼠单次大剂量给药的毒性反应,为评价枇杷花水提物的安全性提供参考。结果表明,贵妃枇杷花茶中灰分含量5.3%、粗纤维含量14.9%,铅含量低于国家标准,未检出汞含量。口服枇杷花水提物24 h后没有出现死亡,观察期结束剖检小鼠检查肝脏、肾脏、脾、心脏、肺及胃肠等脏器未见异常。说明小鼠口服枇杷花提取物最大耐受剂量大于10 g·kg~(-1)体重,为实际无毒级。

摘  要：
In this paper,flower tea of loquat cv.' Guifei' was used as material to test composition such as ash and crude fiber and heavy metal content such as lead,arsenic andmercury and discuss toxic action of tested mice for one-time high dosage in order to provide references for safety evaluation of water soluble extract of loquat flower tea.The results showed that ash content was 5.3%and crude fiber content was 14.9%in loquat flower tea.Lead content was lower than that in national standard.No mercury content was tested.No death was found after 24 h when mice were treated with oral water soluble extract of loquat flower tea.No abnormal visceral organs including liver,kidney,spleen,heart,lung,stomach and intestine were observed after autopsy.It indicated that maximal tolerated dosage was more than 10g·kg-1 weight,showed practically non-toxic grade.
