香港农业价值构成和供应链选择的分析——兼论香港农业印象及对中国内地多层次农业的启示

摘  要：
香港作为亚洲举足轻重的国际大都会,其农业和农产品对保障香港地区的国计民生同样有着非凡的意义。虽然香港农业在生产阶段的产品产值占GDP比例极小,但其产业链庞大,而高端的价值创造和成熟的供应链体系是香港直接面向市场需求的现代农业的显著特点。笔者对其农业状况和产业链进行了调查分析,并期通过香港农业的研究,结合国内区域经济发展不平衡形成的多层次农业的状况,对中国内地农业发展有所助益与启发。

摘  要：
Hong Kong as the international important metropolis in Asia, its agriculture and farming produces has a substantial significance to support the regional economy and livelihood of the people. Although farming product output during the production period occupied small portions in GDP, the large industrial chains, the high-end value creations and mature supply chain system as well are typical characteristics of Hong Kong market-oriented modern agriculture. In this paper, the investigation and analysis on agriculture and industrial chains, and the studies of the Hong Kong agriculture, would be enlightening and helpful to the agricultural developments in mainland of China, where there have the multiple-layer agricultures resulted from the imbalanced regional economic developments.
