脐橙可食率自动估测研究

摘  要:
利用脐橙重量与体积2个特征参数,通过建立BP网络模型,估测脐橙的可食率。结果发现,该方法对脐橙的可食率估测较高,预估可食率在74.48%~85.79%,均方差为3.19%,对样本的拟合效果较好。

摘  要:
Based on building BP network model,edible rate of navel orange was estimated by using 2 characteristic parameters which were weight and volume of navel orange.The results showed that this method can obtained higher edible rate of navel orange,and predictive edible rate was 74.48%-85.79%,mean square deviation was 3.19%,and it had a better fitting effect.
