摘  要:
在Adams/View中建立了双横臂独立悬架的多体动力学模型,对悬架的设计硬点位置进行了灵敏度分析,得出了对悬架性能影响最大的硬点坐标参数,并通过优化拉丁超立方采样,建立了双横臂独立悬架动力学分析的Kriging近似模型。以悬架关键硬点坐标参数为设计变量,对悬架进行了基于蒙特卡洛统计分析的稳健性优化设计。结果表明,与传统的确定性优化方案相比,在考虑设计变量的不确定性时,稳健性优化设计所得到的目标性能的失效率降低了近90%。

摘  要:
A multi-body kinetics model of double wishbone suspension was established in Adams/View. Then by sensitivity analysis on position of suspension design hard points, the most influential hard point's coordinates on performance of suspension was identified. And a Kriging approximation model of double wishbone independent suspension was established by optimizing the Latin hypercube sampling. A robustness optimization design of suspension was carried out based on Monte Carlo statistical analysis. Compared with traditional deterministic optimization under the uncertainty of the design variables, the results show that failure rate of target performance has reduced by nearly 90% to robustness optimization design.
