中国古代海产珍品的生产与食用

摘  要:
在中国饮食文化源流之中,海产品是一项重要内容,而其中的海珍品更具有特殊的价值和魅力。本文通过对海产珍品的历史考察,借以说明中国古代饮食原料的开发力度和文化内涵。为此,本文重点选择了鳆鱼(鲍鱼)、江珧柱、海参、鱼翅、西施舌五种海产珍品做为考论要点,希望以点代面,展示中国海产原料的精华所在和文化风韵。

摘  要:
Marine products play an important role in China catering culture . The valuable marine products have particular value and charm. The article illustrate catering raw material's develop dynamics and culture intension of ancient China through the history observation to marine products treasure. In this case, the article emphasis chooses the next five marine products treasure collection, for example abalone, the dried adductor of a pen shell, sea cucumber, shark' s fin, XiShi tongue (a kind of clam) as investigation point. Hope to show Chinese marine products raw material's essence and history charm.
