摘要：

磷壁酸是革兰氏阳性细菌细胞壁的重要成分,磷壁酸酶是一种特异性地降解磷壁酸的磷酸二酯酶。本文阐述了磷壁酸酶的发现、命名以及研究现状,并对其可能的同工酶和具有的生物学功能进行了分析,同时对其在细菌生理学研究以及动物细菌性疾病预防方面潜在的应用价值进行了概述,为以后更加深入地认识和利用磷壁酸酶提供了参考。

摘要：

Teichoic acids are important components of cell wall in gram-positive bacteria,and teichoicase is exactly the enzyme that can degrade teichoic acids specifically. In order to provide references for further investigation and utilization of teichoicase,the discovery,naming and research progress of teichoicase were described in this paper. Its possible isozymes and functions were also introduced. Finally,the potential applications of teichoicase in bacterial physiology researches as well as in animal bacterial disease prevention were summarized.
