细菌磷壁酸的免疫调控作用及与其结构的关系

摘  要:
磷壁酸是革兰氏阳性菌细胞壁的重要组分,在致病菌诱发炎症和益生菌免疫调控过程中担当重要作用,并保持了细菌的多种生理功能,现已成为当今的研究热点。本文对致病菌磷壁酸的免疫刺激作用、益生菌磷壁酸的免疫调控作用、敲除磷壁酸基因对细菌的影响、磷壁酸结构及其与功能的关系进行综述,旨在为磷壁酸的研究与应用提供新线索。

摘  要:
Teichoic acid is one of the major components of cell wall of Gram-positive bacteria,and plays important roles in pathogenic bacteria-induced inflammation and immune regulation of probiotics and has a variety of physiological functions of bacteria,which has become the hotspot of the research today. The roles of teichoic acid of pathogenic and probiotic bacteria in immune stimulation and regulation,the effects of knockout of teichoic acid gene on bacteria,structure of teichoic acid and its relationship to function were reviewed and summarized. This reviewwill supply newclues for further study and application of teichoic acid.
