基于Simulink与S7-200 PLC的温度控制系统设计

摘  要:
在工业控制系统中,PLC使用方便、可靠性强,但难以实现复杂算法;Simulink工具箱具有高效的数值计算和在线仿真能力,但控制算法难以应用于现场。为此,以宁夏南部山区杏鲍菇菇棚温度自调节系统为背景,采用OPC技术将Simulink与S7-200PLC连接,设计了模糊PID控制方案,将模糊控制算法应用于过程控制现场,实现了对PID参数的在线自动整定,并用Simulink进行仿真。结果表明,控制方案设计合理,满足系统对温度的控制要求。

摘  要:
In the industrial control system,PLC is used conveniently and its reliability capability is strong,but it is difficult to implement complex algorithm. Simulink tool has numerical calculation and online simulation capability is significant,but is difficult to be applied in control field. In the southern mountains of Ningxia mushroom shed temperature self regulating system as background,using the technology of OPC to connect Simulink and S7-200PLC,design a fuzzy PID control scheme,to put the fuzzy control algorithm used in process control field,realizing the on-line self-tuning of PID parameters,with the Simulink simulation,the results show that the control scheme is reasonable and meet the requirements of temperature control system.
