Cd~(2+)对黄河鲤肾脏SOD和CAT活性动态变化的影响

摘  要:
为研究Cd2+对黄河鲤抗氧化能力的影响,采用静水暴露试验,将黄河鲤暴露于不同质量浓度(0、0.156 9、0.313 8、0.627 5、1.255 0 mg/L)Cd2+水溶液中,分别于24、48、72、96、120、144 h取样,其中前120 h取样测定肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,72 h后取样测定过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果显示,处理48 h时,0.156 9 mg/L Cd2+暴露组SOD活性被抑制的幅度最大,而1.255 0mg/L Cd2+暴露组SOD活性被诱导的幅度最大;在处理72 h时,0.156 9 mg/L Cd2+暴露组CAT活性被抑制的幅度最大,而处理120 h时,0.313 8 mg/L Cd2+暴露组CAT活性被诱导的幅度最大。以上结果表明,低剂量、短时间的Cd2+暴露,黄河鲤的肾脏抗氧化酶表现为被抑制,中剂量、较长时间表现为被诱导,随着剂量增大和时间延长,而后又表现为被抑制。

摘  要:
To study the antioxidant capacity on Huanghe carp kidney induced by Cd2 +,Huanghe carps were randomly divided into one control group and four different Cd2 +exposure groups( 0. 156 9 mg / L,0. 313 8 mg / L,0. 627 5 mg / L and 1. 255 0 mg / L). The SOD activitiy of kidney in Huanghe carp was measured at 24,48,72,96,120 h after Cd2 +exposure,and CAT activity was measured at 72,96,120,144 h,respectively. The results showed that the inhibiting degree of activity of SOD was maximal at 0. 156 9 mg / L of Cd2 +,and the inductive degree of activity of SOD was maximal at 1. 255 0 mg/L of Cd2 +after 48 h. The inhibiting degree of activity of CAT was maximal at 0. 156 9 mg / L of Cd2 +after 72 h,while the inductive degree of activity of CAT was maximal at 0. 313 8 mg / L of Cd2 +after 120 h. It was showed that SOD and CAT of kidney in Huanghe carp exposed to low level of short-term Cd2 +were inhibited,then induced,and inhibited with the prolonging of the exposure time and the increasing of the concentration.
