摘  要:
在小蜂螨(Tropilaelaps clareae)与大蜂螨(Varroa destructor)共存的西方蜜蜂(Apis mellifera)蜂群中,当春季每年例行用"螨扑"防治一轮大蜂螨后,实验组改用一种植物精油桉叶素油(柠檬桉叶片醇馏物)对小蜂螨进行熏杀时,结果发现小蜂螨的雌雄性比较原先报道的比值略有下降,标志着其繁殖基数在"螨扑"的长期胁迫下或在大蜂螨的竞争抑制下的下降走势。同时,该靶标害虫对桉叶素油相当敏感且敏感性不分发育期与性别,提示在春季当大蜂螨侵染去同步化后小蜂螨在蜂群内即将上升为主要害虫时,桉叶素油有望作为一种蜜源植物源蜂药用来防治小蜂螨。优点是以熏蒸的方式,对蜜蜂低毒,在蜂产品中低残留,在蜂农中易推广。

摘  要:
The colonies of western honeybee(Apis mellifera),in which lesser Asian mite(Tropilaelaps clareae) and larger Varroa mite(Varroa destructor) had co-parasited,were vermifuged by cineole(an essential oil distilled by ethanol from the eucalypt leaves of Eucalyptus citriodora) to prevent and cure lesser Asian mite just after the larger varroa mite had been routinely once a year controlled for a first round by "Apitan"in beehive.The result showed the sex ratio of female to male Asian mite was slightly lowering than that reported before,indicating a decreasing trend in propagation base of Asian mite under a long stress of "Apitan" or a competitive inhibit from Varroa mite.The result also showed any individual of the target pest was very sensitive to cineole,no difference existed between developmental stages and between two sexes,suggesting cineole might be a new floralplant-originated bee-drug when the Asian mite was about to a primary pest just after varroa mite s infection desynchronization in spring,by means of suffocating, with a low poison to honeybee,with a low residue in bee-products and as an easy method to popularize among beekeepers.
