This paper has described the concept of service marketing and history of the Service Marketing in Libraries,the marketing concept to introduce library services,and put forward a five-dimensional university library service marketing strategy,including the human management strategy,Innovative services strategy,diversification strategy,brand strategy and channel strategy.
