中药茜草对鸭肠炎病毒感染鸭免疫器官病理损伤的影响

摘  要:
为探究中药茜草对鸭肠炎病毒感染所致鸭免疫器官组织病理损伤的影响,将30日龄健康三穗麻鸭随机分成给药组(中药干预)、模型组(病毒感染组)和对照组,经相应处理后于处理66、90和114 h时扑杀,采集相关组织和血清样本进行病原核酸PCR扩增、免疫器官指数测定、血清生化指标检测和病理组织切片观察。结果显示:与模型组相比,给药组鸭脾脏(90 h)、胸腺(66 h)指数极显著提高(P<0.01),血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量(90 h)极显著下降(P<0.01),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、66和90 h白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)、尿素(UREA)以及90和114 h肌酐(CREA)含量极显著上升(P<0.01);组织病理炎症与出血均有减轻。结果表明:茜草可有效减轻鸭肠炎病毒感染所致鸭免疫器官组织的病理损伤,可用于临床上鸭病毒性肠炎的预防与控制。

摘  要:
To explore the effect of Rubia cordifolia on the pathological damage of immune organs od ducks infected with enteritis virus, the healthy Sansui ducks of 30 days old were randomly divided into the drug administration group(with traditional Chinese medicine intervention), the model group(by virus infection) and the control group. The experimental ducks were killed at 66, 90 and 114 h, respectively, after the corresponding treatments, and the related tissues and serum samples were collected from the ducks for PCR amplification of the DEV pathogen, determination of immune organ indexes and serum biochemical indexes, and for observation of pathological sections. The results showed that, compared with the model group, the immune organ indexes of spleen(90 h), and thymus(66 h) of the ducks in the drug administration group were significantly increased(P<0.01). The serum high density lipoprotein(HDL) content(90 h) in them was significantly decreased(P<0.01), and the alanine aminotransferase(ALT), the albumin(ALB, 66 and 90 h), total protein(TP), UREA and CREA(90 and 114 h) contents in them were significantly increased(P<0.01). The histopathological inflammation and bleeding in the ducks were alleviated. The present results indicated that Rubia cordifolia effectively reduced the pathological damage to immune organs and tissues caused by duck enteritis virus infection in the experimental ducks. The drug might be used for clinical prevention and control of viral enteritis in ducks.
