茉莉酸对雾培马铃薯植株生长的影响

摘  要:
外源茉莉酸对植物有一定的促进、抑制和诱导作用。为了调节雾培马铃薯营养生长与生殖生长的比例,本研究主要利用不同浓度茉莉酸(2.5万~20.0万倍),通过兑入营养液雾化形式给予马铃薯植株。结果表明,茉莉酸稀释20.0万倍后对雾培马铃薯株高和茎粗的抑制作用最强,茉莉酸稀释10.0万倍对雾培马铃薯叶片中的叶绿素含量提高最明显。

摘  要:
The extraneous source jasmine acid(JA) has certain promotion,inhibition and induction on plants.This study mainly used different concentrations of jasmonic acid(25 000 times-200 000 times) to give potato plants by atomization in a nutrient solution.The results showed that the dilution of jasmonic acid 200 000 times had the strongest inhibitory effects on the plant height and stem diameter of the potato plantlets.The dilution of jasmonic acid 100 000 times increased the chlorophyll content of the potato leaves.
