手性农药的选择性环境行为研究进展

摘  要:
对手性农药及其在环境中的选择性行为研究进行了综述。从手性农药的环境行为研究意义、手性农药环境行为的研究现状(自然水体中、土壤中、植物体内与其他方面)及其研究发展趋势等方面进行了论述。建议今后不仅要在手性农药的降解动力学、手性稳定性及构型转化等方面开展更广泛的研究,而且亟待深入到手性农药的毒理学机制及代谢机理,并在蛋白和基因水平上来阐释产生这种对映体选择性的根源,为更加科学合理使用手性农药,更大限度地减缓、控制及修复农药残留对生态系统的破坏提供理论支持。

摘  要:
Research progress on enantioselective environmental behavior of chiral pesticides was reviewed. The research significance of environmental behavior of chiral pesticides, the recent research status of environmental behavior in natural water, soil, plants and other mediums of chiral pesticides, and the development trends in this field were summarized and analyzed. It is suggested that there should be not only more extensive research on the degradation kinetics, chiral stability and configuration transformation of chiral pesticides in the future, but also further study on the toxicological mechanisms, metabolic mechanisms, and the root cause of the enantioselective phenomenon at protein and gene level. In addition, it is expected that these efforts can provide theoretical support for scientific and reasonable using of chiral pesticides, and mitigating, controlling, repairing damage to ecosystems caused by pesticide residues to a greater extent.
