γ-射线对粳稻幼穗培养及再生植株后代变异的影响

摘  要:
本实验以6种粳稻为试材,研究了γ-射线对离体培养及再生植株后代变异的影响。结果表明,辐照对离体培养的作用随基因型、辐照组织、剂量和剂量率而异,但以负效应为主。不同组织对辐照的敏感性依次为:幼穗>分化愈伤组织>脱分化愈伤组织。辐照幼穗的合适剂量为19Gy以下,而辐照愈伤组织的适宜剂量为19—47.5Gy。再生植株变异率的高低与辐照剂量和辐照组织对射线的敏感性密切相关。综合考虑辐照对离体培养及再生植株后代变异的影响,以低剂量(≤19Gy)辐照幼穗的方法较为合适。

摘  要:
The effect of γ-rays on tissue culture and variation of regenerated plants were studied with 6 Japonica rice varieties. The results showed that the action of radiation on tissue culture was different with genotypes, tissues irradiated, dosages and dosage rates; and γ-rays usually had negative action on tissue culture. The sequence of radiosensitivity of the tissues irradiated was young panicle> differentiating callus>dedifferentiating callus. The dosages under 19Gy seem to be appropriate for irradiating young panicle,whereas the dosages from 19 to 47.5 Gy would be appropriate for irradiating callus. The variation of regenerated plants was mainly affected by irradiating dosage and tissue irradiated. It is an effective method to irradiate young panicle with γ-rays at low dosage (≤19 Gy).
