宽窄齿耕作阻力预测理论的研究(一)

摘 要:
首次给出了带有耕作速度项的完整的宽窄齿耕作阻力预测模型。通过力学分析,把宽窄齿的耕作阻力分解成侧刃剪切阻力、底刃切削阻力、土壤挤压阻力、摩擦阻力和惯性力阻力,并应用土壤力学参数与加载速度的关系的研究成果,推导得到了上述阻力的显式表达式。耕作速度对阻力的影响体现在剪切阻力、摩擦阻力和惯性力阻力上。

摘 要:
A force prediction model for blade and tine is put forward by authors in which cutting resistance is divided into side-edge shear,soil compaction,bottom-edge cutting,friction and inertia forces.The effect of cutting speed on resistance is included in the shear,friction and inertia parts with application of the relationships between soil shear strength, friction and loading speed.
