摘 要:
本试验旨在探讨L-肉碱和葵花油对产蛋鸡生产性能、抗氧化功能和鸡蛋品质的影响。选用288只产蛋率和体重相近、健康的27周龄海兰褐产蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组试鸡饲喂基础饲粮,试验组试鸡分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加3%葵花油、3%葵花油+200m g/kgL-肉碱和3%葵花油+400m g/kgL-肉碱的饲粮。试验期6周。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加L-肉碱和葵花油对产蛋鸡的生产性能影响不显著(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加3%葵花油显著降低第6周鸡蛋哈夫单位(P<0.05),添加L-肉碱可缓解葵花油造成的哈夫单位的下降;葵花油对第6周鸡蛋蛋壳强度无显著影响(P>0.05),与对照组相比,L-肉碱显著提高了第6周鸡蛋蛋壳强度(P<0.05)并有提高蛋白高度的趋势(P=0.06)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加3%葵花油显著降低第6周蛋鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05),添加L-肉碱缓解了因葵花油而造成的T-AOC的下降;葵花油使得第6周蛋鸡血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高(P<0.05),添加L-肉碱可缓解添加葵花油导致的MDA含量的升高;葵花油对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著提高了血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),饲粮中添加400m g/kgL-肉碱后,显著提高了第6周蛋鸡血清SOD活性(P<0.05),但对血清GSH-Px活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加3%葵花油降低了蛋鸡蛋品质,影响了机体抗氧化能力,添加L-肉碱可改善鸡蛋品质并提高蛋鸡的抗氧化功能。

摘 要:
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of L-carnitine and sunflower oil(SFO) on performance,egg quality and antioxidative ability of laying hens.A total of two hundred and eighty eight 27-week-old healthy Hyline laying hens with similar egg production rate and weight were selected as experimental animals and divided into 4 dietary groups.Each group consisted of 6 replicates of 12 hens each.The hens in the control group were fed basal diet,and the others in the experimental groups were fed diets supplemented with 3% SFO,3% SFO+200 mg/kg L-carnitine,and 3% SFO+400 mg/kg L-carnitine,respectively.The experiment lasted for 6 weeks.The results showed as follows: 1) dietary SFO and L-carnitine had no significant effects on performance of laying hens(P>0.05).2) Supplementation of 3% SFO in diets significantly decreased Haugh unit(P<0.05) compared with the control group at the 6th week,and dietary L-carnitine relieved the negative effects;SFO had no significant effects on eggshell strength at the 6th week,but dietary L-carnitine significantly increased the eggshell strength(P<0.05) and had a trend to increase the albumen height(P=0.06) compared with the control group.3) The total antioxidative capacity(T-AOC) in serum of hens was decreased significantly(P<0.05) and the malondialdehyde(MDA) content in serum was increased significantly(P<0.05) when SFO was supplemented,but the bad influences were also eliminated when L-carnitine was added in diets.SFO didn't influence the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum(P>0.05),but significantly increased the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in serum(P<0.05).Supplementation of 400 mg/kg L-carnitine in diets significantly increased the activity of SOD in serum(P<0.05),but didn't influence the GSH-Px(P>0.05) in serum at the 6th week.In conclusion,supplementation of 3% SFO in diets decreased the egg quality and antioxidative ability of laying hens,while L-carnitie supplementation relieved the adverse effects of oxidative stress and enhanced the egg quality of laying hens.
