葵花油制备生物柴油的反应条件研究

摘  要:
以葵花油为原料、均相碱为催化剂,通过酯交换法制取生物柴油,并考察了不同催化剂使用、油醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间和反应温度对生物柴油产率的影响。通过正交试验得出葵花油与甲醇酯交换反应的最优条件是油醇摩尔比为1∶6,甲醇钠催化剂用量为油重的1.5%,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为70 min。测定制得的生物柴油部分理化指标均符合GB/T20828—2007《柴油机燃料调合用生物柴油(BD100)》国家标准。

摘  要:
Biodiesel was produced from sunflower oil by transesterification with homogeneous catalyst.Effects of some important process parameters including molar ratio of methanol to oil,dosage of catalyst,reaction temperature and time on the yield of biodiesel were investigated.According to the orthogonal experiment,the optimized conditions for transesterification of sunflower oil with methanol were,molar ratio of methanol to oil,6∶1;ratio of catalyst CH3ONa to oil,1.5%;reaction temperature,70℃;reaction time,70min;The physicochemical indexes of biodiesel obtained met the quality standard GB/T20828-2007.
