一种带有原位松土破茬刀组的插秧机的试验研究*

摘  要:
近几年,我国稻麦轮作区在麦茬插秧前的耕整地技术和方法,存在着耗时、耗工、成本高,机具作业次数多,对土壤破坏严重等技术问题。作者通过简化机插秧前的耕整地工序和方法的试验研究,研制出一种麦秸秆全量覆盖还田的机械化耕整地与插秧一体化作业的技术装备——带有原位松土破茬刀组的插秧机,一次作业完成机械化整地、插秧作业工序。本文就该试验研究工作做一简单的介绍。

摘  要:
In recent years, For the tillage techniques and methods before transplanting rice follow wheat stubble in rice-wheat rotation areas in China have problems of time consuming, power consumption, high cost, too many equipment operation times and serious soil degradation, author developed an equipment which integrating rice transplanting and tillage with wheat straw mulching, by the way of take an experiment on simplifying the soil preparation process and method before mechanize transplanting. This equipment is a rice transplanted with scarifica-tion stubble breaking cutter grouping situ, which can complete mechanical soil preparation and rice transplanting for one time. This paper is to do a concise introduction to the experiment and research.
