高温条件下复合抗应激剂对肉鸡的影响

摘  要：
本文研究了高温条件下复合抗应激剂对肉鸡的影响。结果表明：经历３２ ℃一周的５ ～８ 周龄肉鸡采食量、增重、饲料转化率均显著下降（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，饮服复合抗应激剂显著改善增重和饲料转化率（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ， 采食量未见明显改变，饲料转化率达到常温水平。３２ ℃１６ 小时血浆皮质酮、Ｔ３ 显著下降（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 、Ｔ４ 显著升高（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ；３２ ℃１２０ 小时血浆皮质酮、Ｔ３ 升高并超出常温组（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 、Ｔ４ 较１６ 小时下降但仍高出常温组（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。饮服复合抗应激剂时血浆皮质酮、Ｔ３ 、Ｔ４ 显现相同变化规律，但这种变化得到显著缓解

摘  要：
The effect of anti-stress complex on broiler in condition of high temperature was studied in the present paper.The following results were obtained: 1.When 5～8 week-old broiler kept in high-temperature environment(32℃) for 7 days,their weight gain,feed conversion ratio and feed intake were decreased significantly(P<0.01).While drinking water with anti-stress complex treatment(3g added into per kilogram drinking water)their weight gain and feed conversion ratio were improved markedly(P<0.01),feed conversion ratio was the same as that of themoneutral control group,feed intake was not changed. 2.During high temperature(32℃,7days),at 16th hour the levels of plasma corticosterone and T3 in HTC group were significantly lower than those in TNC group(P<0.01),but T4 was higher(P<0.01),at 120th hour the levels of plasma corticosterone and T3 in HTC group raised and were higher than that in TNC group(P<0.05),T4 decline(P<0.01) but yet higher than that in TNC group (P<0.05).These changes appeared the same trend as those of HTC group in test group with anti-stress complex treatment.But those changes induced by high temperature were moderated notably by using anti-stress complex.
