菊花不同品种应对盐碱胁迫的生理响应及耐盐碱性评价

摘  要:
为探究盐碱胁迫对菊花不同品种花芽分化期生理生化指标的影响,比较了"夏妆""祁黄菊""雪映霞光"3个茶用菊花新品种的耐盐碱性,并确定菊花耐盐碱评价和筛选的主要指标,为菊花抗盐碱新品种选育和鉴定提供科学依据。结果表明:在不同浓度NaCl和Na_2CO_3(1∶1)混合溶液0、50、100、150 mmol/L处理下,3个菊花品种叶片的脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖(WSS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)等生理指标表现出不同的变化趋势。随着盐碱胁迫时间的延长,脯氨酸、可溶性糖、SOD、POD、CAT均呈先增加后降低的趋势;MDA、相对电导率(REC)呈现逐渐增加的趋势;而叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)以及叶片相对含水量(WC)呈逐渐降低的趋势。运用主成分分析提炼出可溶性糖、脯氨酸、CAT、SOD活性4个生理指标可作为耐盐碱评价的关键指标。综合各项指标及隶属函数分析得出,3个菊花品种中"雪映霞光"耐盐碱性最强,"祁黄菊"次之,"夏妆"最弱。

摘  要:
To investigate the effects of salt-alkali mixed stress on the growth and physiological and biochemical indexes of different chrysanthemum flower buds during differentiation, and to compare the salt-to-alkali tolerance of three new tea chrysanthemum varieties, 'Xia Zhuang', 'Qihuangju' and 'Xueying Xiaguang'. The main indicators for evaluation and selection of chrysanthemum's resistance to salt and alkali were determined, which provided a scientific basis for the selection and identification of new varieties of chrysanthemum's resistance to salt and alkali. Under different concentrations of NaCl and Na_2CO_3 1∶1 mixed solution(0, 50, 100, 150 mmol/L), the physiological properties of Pro, soluble sugar, SOD, POD, CAT and MDA of the leaves of three chrysanthemum varieties were physiologically treated. The indicators show different trends.The results showed that with the prolongation of saline-alkali mixed stress, proline, soluble sugar, SOD, POD and CAT all increased first and then decreased; MDA and relative electrical conductivity gradually increased; and(SPAD) value and The relative water content(WC) of the leaves showed a gradual decreasing trend. Using principal component analysis, he four physiological indicators of soluble suga, proline, CAT and SOD activity could be used as the key indicators for evaluation of salt and alkali tolerance. The chart analysis and membership function analysis showed that 'Xueying Xiaguang' had the highest salt and alkali tolerance among the three chrysanthemum varieties, followed by 'Qi huangju' and 'Xiazhuang' the weakest.
