沙丁胺醇在动物体内代谢残留规律及监管技术研究进展

摘  要:
沙丁胺醇是一种选择性β-兴奋剂,可减少动物脂肪沉积、提高胴体瘦肉率,同时,沙丁胺醇易在动物肌肉和内脏器官中蓄积残留而引起食物中毒。从1997年起我国就明令禁止沙丁胺醇用作饲料添加剂,然而近十几年来"瘦肉精"中毒事件仍屡禁不止,严重影响了我国食品安全。因此,本文综述了沙丁胺醇代谢动力学、在动物组织器官中的残留消除规律及监管技术的研究进展,为更好地监管沙丁胺醇在畜禽养殖环节违法添加提供科学依据。

摘  要:
Salbutamol( SAL) is a selective beta-agonist and can cause dramatic increase in the partition of carcass lean and reduction in body fat,however,it is easy to accumulate in muscle and organs of animal body. Since 1997,salbutamol was banned for using as feed additive,yet the clenbuterol poisoning incidents were repeated failure to prohibit,it was seriously threatening the domestic food safety. According to the pharmacokinetics of salbutamol,its residues and depletion in organs of animal body and monitor technologies were veviewed to provide scientific basis for the better salbutamol abuse monitoring in livestock and poultry production.
