黄藤藤笋形态发育过程中解剖结构的动态变化

摘  要:
为探讨棕榈藤材生物形成机理,选择黄藤材为研究对象,对藤笋尖进行石蜡包埋、切片、观察和分析。结果表明,黄藤笋尖的顶端结构由顶端分生组织或原分生组织所组成,外被许多幼嫩的叶片包围着;笋尖的整体形态与锥体剖面近似,为具典型原套原体结构的生长锥;原套最外为排列规整、紧凑、等径的一层细胞构成,原体紧贴原套内部,其细胞排列不够整齐。原套原体细胞向外隆起形成叶原基,叶原基向下相继出现幼叶直至完整的叶,其中叶原基及藤茎的表皮是由原套细胞发育形成的,其内的后生分生组织由原体细胞分裂形成的。维管分子的分化最早一般先分化出原生木质部小导管分子;其次,随着藤笋的生长,维管束内靠外侧的薄壁细胞轴向拉长,细胞壁增厚而成藤纤维;其后,亚分生组织开始分化为薄壁组织,维管束中也相应出现后生木质部大导管和韧皮部筛管、伴胞。

摘  要:
In the paper, Daemonorops margaritae was selected to explore the biological formation mechanism of rattan after the shoot tip being embedded in paraffin wax, sliced, observed and analyzed. The results showed that: the apex structure of shoot tip of D. margaritae consists of apical meristem or promeristem, surrounded by a number of young leaves; the integral form of the shoot tip is similar to a cone section, and presents a typical tunica-corpus structure; the outermost part of the tunica is composed of a layer of cells with regular arrangement, compactness and equal diameter, and close to the tunica is the corpus, with the cells being arranged with relatively high uniformity. The tunica-corpus cells uplift outward and form leaf primordium, which further extend downward with the appearance of young leaves in succession till to the complete leaves, of which, the tunica cells develop into epidermis of leaf primordium and cane, and the corpus cells split into epigenetic meristems within the epidermis. The small vessel element of primary xylem is firstly differentiated from vascular elements generally; then, with the growth of the rattan shoot, the parenchyma cells in the viability lateral vascular bundles are axial elongated, cell walls are thickened and form cane fiber; subsequently, the sub-meristem begins to differentiate into parenchyma, and large vessel of metaxylem, the sieve tube and companion cells of phloem come into being in the vascular bundle.
