食品检验资质认定是国家对可向社会出具具有证明作用的食品检验数据和结果的实验室实施的一项重要的强制性管理工作。针对食品检资质认定的特殊要求,结合基层食品检验实验室的实际情况,提出为提升食品检验资质认定评审工作的质量,食品检验机构可采取积极组织人员培训、完善质量管理体系、做好评审工作的前期准备、现场配合和评审后整改工作等措施。

摘  要:
Qualification accreditation of food inspection agency is a key mandatory management of laboratory that proves reliability of data and results it gives to the society. In view of the specific requirements on accreditation of food inspection agency,combining with the practice of the food inspection laboratory,the paper proposed suggestions to promote qualification accreditation,including personnel training,improvement of quality management system,sound preparation for the assessment,coordination on the scene and rectification after assessment.
