苹果采摘系统传动模块设计

摘  要:
为解决人工采摘速度缓慢、效率低下的问题,在研究机械传动的基础上,设计了苹果采摘系统传动模块,该模块包括360°整体旋转装置、竖直伸缩装置、折叠装置和横向伸缩装置四部分。360°整体旋转装置由蜗杆带动蜗轮实现绕Z轴360°旋转,竖直伸缩装置和横向伸缩装置由齿轮齿条传动实现Z轴和Y轴方向升降、伸缩运动,折叠装置在气泵传动作用下实现对横向伸缩装置和采摘模块的折叠。四部分的协调配合实现了苹果远距离和快速采摘。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problem of slow and inefficient manual picking,this paper designs the transmission module of apple picking system on the basis of studying the mechanical transmission.The device consists of four parts: 360 degree integral rotating device,vertical telescopic device,folding device and transverse telescopic device.The integral rotating device of 360 degrees is driven by worm to rotate 360 degrees around Z axis; the vertical and transverse telescopic device is driven by gear and rack to realize the movement of Z axis and Y axis; the folding device can fold the transverse telescopic device and the picking module under the action of air pump.The four part of coordination has achieved Apple's long distance and quick picking.
