西北地区肉牛生产技术效率及影响因素分析——基于农户微观层面

摘  要:
本研究基于随机前沿生产函数模型,分析我国西北地区肉牛生产技术效率及影响技术效率损失的主要因素。研究表明:肉牛生产仔畜费用的产出弹性为5.35%,处于技术密集型阶段。技术效率损失模型估计结果表明:肉牛养殖年数、养殖规模的平方项、是否参加技术培训、是否有冻精补贴、是否参与肉牛保险以及是否与屠宰加工企业合作等因素对肉牛养殖户生产技术效率有显著的正向效应,而户主年龄、养殖规模和是否有母牛补贴政策对肉牛养殖户生产技术效率有显著的负向效应。

摘  要:
Based on stochastic frontier production function model,The paper analysis on the technical efficiency of beef cattle production and efficiency losses of the main affecting factors technical in the northwest China.The results show that output elasticity for 5.35%of inputs the feed.If eliminate the technical inefficiencies,the existing of beef cattle will increase average 11.06 percent in output.Loss of technical efficiency model results show that cattle breeding years,breeding scale of the squared term,whether to participate in technical training,Whether tosubsidies of frozen semen,whether to participate in insurance of beef cattle,Whether to cooperate with slaughtering and processing enterprises for beef cattle farmers produce technical efficiency has a significant positive effect and the head of household age,the scale of farming and whether has a policy support for technical efficiency of production has a significant negative effect.
